CREW Vancouver and Conwest Award for Women in Real Estate (UBC)
We are proud to support this scholarship in honour of Lee Hester's memory as a legendary real estate broker, CREW member, and a true ally in our work to empower women in the commercial real estate industry.
That's why CREW Vancouver and Conwest have joined forces to create an annual $2,000 scholarship through UBC's Sauder School of Business to support the advancement of women in the real estate industry.
We are proud to be working together with CREW Vancouver and Sauder School of Business to establish this scholarship in honour of Lee Hester. Our common mission through this award is to support the advancement of women in real estate and inspire young leaders to pursue a career in this dynamic industry.

Scholarship Details
Applications for the 2023-24 year are now closed.
Starting in the 2020-21 academic year, five annual scholarships will be awarded to a deserving student with a demonstrated interest in real estate and a proven commitment to leading community / volunteer initiatives.
Awards will be made on the recommendation of the UBC Sauder School of Business based on the below requirements:
- Domestic female Bachelor of Commerce student at UBC's Sauder School of Business
- In good academic standing
- Demonstrated interest in real estate
- Shown leadership skills through community involvement or volunteerism
