Meet the 2021 - 2022 Recipients!
We are proud to announce this year’s recipients of the CREW Vancouver and Conwest Award for Women in Real Estate - Madeline Rainer and Freya Carson.
Madeline and Freya were recognized by CREW Vancouver and Conwest for their exceptional academic standing, strong commitment for extra-curriculars and community involvement, and demonstrated passion for real estate.
With a mission to support the advancement of women in real estate and inspire young leaders to pursue a career in commercial real estate, the recipients are also presented with opportunities for mentorship, coffee chats, industry events and building tours.
Both women are both fifth year students specializing in real estate at the UBC Sauder School of Business. Madeline recently completed an internship with Garnett Wilson Realty Advisors as an Analyst and Freya completed an internship with JLL’s Retail team.
Their extracurricular involvement includes the UBC Real Estate Club, Young Women in Business and participating in real estate case competitions. As they complete their final year of studies, Madeline and Freya are excited to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
