Workshop Overview

Join CREW Vancouver for a members-only lunch and learn as we dive into the world of financing with Brittany Bonifacio, Senior Manager, Real Estate Finance, at Anthem Properties. The presentation will discuss capital stack including its implications on risks and returns, in addition to an overview of the financing and development process. Followed by Q&A and an opportunity to network and mingle.   

Speaker

Brittany has over 10 years of experience in real estate financing having worked with mortgage banking provider Abacus North Capital, real estate investment company Low Tide, and now with Anthem. As a Senior Manager, Brittany is actively involved in sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing of acquisitions, developments and income producing properties in the form of term loans and construction loans across various asset classes with a focus on multi-family residential developments.  Brittany holds an MBA from Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies at Western University.
