Over the last 25 years, Shenoor has transformed the commercial real estate industry by establishing the precedent through countless creative and forward-thinking transactions, demonstrating diversity and mentoring many young industry entrants.

During the fireside chat, Shenoor will discuss her career trajectory, talk about navigating risk in the industry, and discuss carving your own path in commercial real estate.

2022 Inaugural Catalyst Winner

Shenoor Jadavji is an entrepreneur who began her career as a commercial real estate broker in the late 1980s. Following her intuitive sense of the deal, she quickly left to start her own real estate investment company, Lotus Pacific Investments, in 1995, which she later expanded into Lotus Capital Corp., a real estate investment, asset and development management company with national reach and institutional partnerships. Over the last 25 years, Shenoor has transformed the industry by establishing precedents through completing countless creative and forward-thinking transactions, demonstrating diversity and inclusiveness, and taking on the role as mentor to many young industry entrants.

Shenoor is recognized as someone always thinking two steps ahead, and is known for her ability to navigate disruptions and turn them into opportunities. She was KingSett Capital’s first joint venture partner in 2004 and has worked with Canada’s largest and most reputable firms like GE Capital, LaSalle Investment Management, ICBC, Fiera, Nicola Wealth, and many others that continue to follow and invest with her today.

She gives generously of her time, having served on numerous boards, including VGH, PROREIT and the Multi-Generational Housing Advisory Board, which delivers affordable housing options throughout Canada, most recently in Toronto, and continues to share her passion and knowledge at various real estate functions across the country.

CREW Vancouver is a non-profit, volunteer-led organization.  Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
