Building Tour - Comma Fraser by Rize

Please join us for an exclusive tour of Comma Fraser by Rize, in collaboration with Hovercraft Builders and Yamamoto Architecture.

Comma Fraser is the first of Rize’s growing purpose-built rental portfolio.  Led by an all female team from the developer, architect, and GC, the tour will walk you through the building’s design, technology forward property management approach, and attractive construction financing that uniquely position the asset.

Following the building tour, join us for some light snacks and networking on the communal patio that has picturesque views to the west of Vancouver.

4:30 - 4:45 PM - Meet in the lobby of Comma Fraser for a design overview by Yamamoto Architecture and Rize

4:45 - 5:15 PM - Walkthrough of building - highlighting the unique interior design and integrated property management technology

5:15 - 6:00 PM - Snacks and Networking on the Communal Patio

Registration deadline is Tuesday, May 12th, or until registration reaches capacity.
