UCREW Proforma Workshop

Open to all Post- Secondary students, join us for an exciting in-person workshop for a crash course on Development Proformas.
Commercial Real Estate Women’s Association (CREW) is excited to offer 15 selected students the opportunity to have industry experts guide you through various aspects of real estate development proforma, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and project evaluation. You'll also have the opportunity to network with like-minded students interested in Real Estate and expand your professional connections.
On Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 9:00am -12:00pm, join us for a half day course. Topics include:
- Diving into various Proforma components
- How to determine inputs (density, hard costs, soft costs, financing, revenues etc.)
- Evaluating returns & feasibility

Event Agenda:
9:00-9:30am Introductions and light breakfast
9:30-10:30am Overview of Proforma Fundamentals
10:30-11:30am Discussion on Proforma Assignment
11:30-12:00pm lunch
Upon confirmation of attendance students will receive the Proforma Assignment in advance of the workshop. Please be advised that the assignment will need to be completed prior to the workshop.
