I want to thank our dedicated 2023 CREW Vancouver Board for their hard work and unwavering commitment. Your efforts have set a high standard for our chapter, and I'm proud to build upon the foundation you've laid. 

CREW Vancouver is committed to more than just words. Our initiatives, from leadership development to mentorship programs, recognition of outstanding community members, and career-enhancing networking events, equip us for growth and success.

I am particularly excited to highlight that 2024 marks a pivotal milestone for CREW Vancouver. We are honoured to host the CREW Network Convention in our city this year. This opportunity underscores the strength and significance of our chapter within the more extensive CREW Network. It's a chance to showcase our city, industry, and the remarkable women shaping commercial real estate in Vancouver. 

This convention offers a global platform for networking, learning, and collaboration. It's an opportunity to share insights, gain fresh perspectives, and build powerful connections to advance our careers and mission. 

In the coming year, let's champion boldness, confidence, and authenticity in our pursuits, recognizing that these values drive our collective success. 

I'm thrilled to introduce the exceptional individuals who make up our 2024 CREW Vancouver Board—a group of talented, forward-thinking leaders who will guide us to new heights. Their dedication and vision will be instrumental in our continued growth and success.
