CREW Vancouver 2024 CREW Network Convention Info Session

CREW Vancouver is excited to be the host city of the signature 2024 CREW Convention from September 25th to 27th. Please join us on Thursday, January 25th at 4:30pm to find out how you can volunteer and be part of the global convention team.

Host Chapter Convention Co-Chairs Ashley Willard Bauman and Chrystal Burns along with the committee chairs who will share more information on how you can actively get involved. Local board directors and members will also share their experiences at previous conventions and answer any questions.

CREW Vancouver is looking for committee leads and general volunteers for the following committees:

1. Learning Excursions Committee: plan, execute, and lead local excursions and tours 
2. Marketing Committee: promote convention in the local market including through media channels 
3. Sponsorship Committee: responsible for raising USD 150,000; coordinate and liaise with sponsors
4. Leisure / Volunteer Committee: arrange and plan for small group activities such as dine-around (dinners) and morning walks/runs/yoga

Expected time commitment will start from January 2024 to October 2024; the number of hours will vary by committee.

Agenda:

4:30 pm – Registration opens

4:45pm – Event starts

5:30pm – Q&A and Volunteer sign-up

Registration deadline is January 23^rd, 2024 or until registration reaches capacity.

CREW Vancouver is a non-profit, volunteer-led organization. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

Photographs and videos will be taken during the event and may be used by CREW Vancouver for promotional purposes on the website and social media. By attending this event you consent to CREW Vancouver using photos and videos in which you may appear.
