UCREW Career Development Workshop: Development Proforma 101

Attention all post-secondary students: Don’t miss out on our engaging in-person workshop on Development Proformas!

In this session, 15 selected students will get the chance to work closely with an industry expert who will cover essential aspects of a real estate development proforma, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and project evaluation. This is also a great opportunity to connect with fellow students who share an interest in real estate and grow your professional network.

On Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 from 9:00am – 12:00pm, join us for a half day course led by Senior Analyst at Grosvenor, Oriana Gertsman. Topics include:

• How to leverage a pro-forma model
• Estimating and justifying quantitative inputs
• Evaluating returns & feasibility
