Join CREW Vancouver for a members-only lunch & learn with a presentation on the Lender’s Commercial Loan Life Cycle with Suki Grewal, Founder of Canadian CRE Training Inc., followed by Q&A and an opportunity to network and mingle.

This one-hour session will take you through a commercial loan's life cycle from a lender’s perspective, from the initial application, underwriting, and credit approval to funding, account management, and loan payout.

Speaker

Suki Grewal, founder of Canadian Commercial Real Estate Training Inc., a Vancouver-based CRE training company founded in 2017, will give the presentation. Canadian Commercial Real Estate Training Inc. provides courses on commercial mortgage loans, custom corporate training courses to meet an organization's specific needs, and research, design, and facilitation of training programs.

Suki has more than 30 years of experience in all facets of the banking and finance sector, including 20 years of experience in commercial mortgage loans. She has experience in loan program design and implementation, loan funding and servicing, portfolio management, investor relations, training, policies and procedures, and loan default management.
